PAIA gives people the right to request access to records held by a private body where the record is required to exercise or protect a right. This summary explains which records we hold and how to request them.

• Company and statutory records (incorporation and registration documents)
• Financial and tax records
• Employment and personnel records
• Client and enquiry records, including quote requests submitted through this website
• Supplier and service-provider records
• Operational records relating to the services we provide

We process personal information of clients, enquirers, employees and suppliers for the purposes of providing services, responding to enquiries, employment and meeting legal obligations. See our Privacy Notice for details of website enquiries.

1. Email your request to caventra02@gmail.com using the prescribed request form (Form 2) available from the Information Regulator.
2. Clearly identify the record requested, the right you wish to exercise or protect, and how you wish to receive access.
3. Provide proof of identity and, if acting for someone else, proof of authority.
4. Any prescribed fees will be communicated to you in line with the PAIA regulations.

Access may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, for example to protect the privacy of third parties, commercial information or legally privileged records. You will be informed of the reasons for any refusal.

If you are dissatisfied with a decision on your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa or apply to court as provided for in PAIA.
