When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, the site location, a preferred date (optional), your message and the website page the enquiry was sent from. We do not ask for special personal information.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your service requirements and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries are stored in our hosted database, which is protected so that website visitors cannot read submissions. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to enquiries.

A copy of each enquiry may be sent to our inbox (caventra02@gmail.com) through a third-party email delivery provider, which processes the information only to deliver that message.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting service relationship, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
